Shopify hosts our online store and provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products and Services to you.

Portions of our Services may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued from time to time, subject to applicable law. New features, products, or functionality may also be introduced, and these will form part of the Services and may be subject to these Terms.

Reasonable efforts are made to present our products and their descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and other information as accurately as possible.

Depending on your device, display, and settings, however, colors and other visual characteristics may appear differently.

Occasionally, product packaging, specifications, features, or other details may change. Please contact us with any questions about a product before purchasing it.

Availability applies to all products. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantities available for purchase.

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices displayed on our store are shown in U.S. dollars.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change from time to time. Generally, the price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable law.

Where required, applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Submitting payment information confirms that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that you authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

An order submission does not necessarily constitute acceptance of that order. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, inaccurate product or pricing information, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

Should an order be canceled after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Accurate and complete billing, shipping, contact, and payment information is your responsibility when placing an order. Please update your information promptly when necessary so we can process your transaction and communicate with you about your purchase.

At present, Swing By Shop ships within the United States only.

All orders ship free of charge.

Processing of orders generally takes 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 5 days after an order ships. These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other transportation disruptions.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order once it ships.

In accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returns of eligible products are free, and a prepaid return shipping label is provided.

Returned products must satisfy the applicable return conditions, including being unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with original tags attached where applicable.

Refunds for eligible returns are generally processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. A reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your request, although cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Where an order can no longer be canceled, an eligible product may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Promotions, discounts, promotional codes, or other special offers may be offered from time to time. Separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, purchase requirements, or other conditions disclosed with the applicable promotion may apply to such offers.

Promotional offers carry no cash value and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. As permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions.

While we strive to provide accurate and current information, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping, or other information may occasionally appear on our website.

Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may be corrected and information updated as appropriate, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to orders already placed.

Features, tools, integrations, or links provided by third parties may be included in our Services. Their own terms, policies, and practices govern third party websites and services.

Third party websites or services that we do not own or control are not our responsibility. Before using a third party service or providing information to it, we encourage you to review the applicable terms and privacy policies.

Voluntarily providing reviews, suggestions, feedback, ideas, or other content to us confirms that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and otherwise use content you voluntarily submit for purposes connected with operating, improving, or promoting our business and Services.
